"If I could give 0 stars I would definitely love to! I've been with State farm for several years from my time in college all the way until now and this agency has got to be one of THE WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED. they always have an attitude if you miss one single payment and they would call you 200 times a month just to get their hands on your money. I've previously been with agents in NC and Georgia and Nobody had an attitude like them. Ever since I moved to Texas my auto policy and rental insurance prices have gone up EVERY SINGLE month. Their explanation was that the prices they presented were the lowest possible in the state ($ 390 a month with renters insurance) and even though their prices increase each month, it is normal for them to do so based on MY INSURANCE HISTORY AND THE LAW. Please be AWARE for these people asking for your money, I have had 2010s Mazda before and it had a very minor dent on the bumper and when I asked Statefarm if they could help me cover the repair cost their corporate refused immediately. Taking my money and not helping me with anything is NOT Acceptable and it is definitely NOT ACCEPTABLE when your agent has an attitude that said: "Pay your insurance or suffer from your punishment"."
